HANA - Coworking

CBRE was in development of their own coworking studio before the global pandemic in 2020. They were seeking to design a space internally that functioned as remote spaces for there employees in Houston, TX. Before the pandemic this was to be expanded and implemented across the country with a total of 25 different locations, being able to host up to 50,000 employees.
